WE PROMOTE by enabling individuals to kick-start and make the most of their talents by providing an opportunity for young people to meet and network with other young people of similar talents from different areas and communities .It is our ultimate aIm that many industries will come on board by offering apprenticeships or internships so that some of the prize incentives will connect various talents with industries thereby providing a gateway to potential employment

WE ENCOURAGE by creating an environment where individuals can embrace as well as network with a wide variety of talents to build new positive relationships yet holding on to the uniqueness of their own specific talents . OUR PRIZE INCENTIVES will be in the form of financial sponsorships, Internships, apprenticeships, youth led creative workshops, exhibitions or any other rewarding forums that will enable the recipients to build on and further develop their talents.
