ABOUT US

FULL OF PROMISE is a self funded and independently run Not for Profit youth based organisation that has stemmed from concerns about the general lack of facilities available for young people . With the increase in the levels of Gun & knife crimes, Gang culture , teenage suicides, as well as rising youth unemployment, many concerns have been raised for the safety of our youth on the streets and for their future career prospects.

OUR AIMS

The whole ethos of FULL OF PROMISE is to encourage young people to reach their full potential. We aim to generate a positive environment of self belief by encouraging and challenging young people to utilise and explore their often undiscovered or underestimated talents to become the best they can be and to enhance self worth within their homes, schools and community. As we believe every individual is talented for something. We sincerely aim to alleviate the present negative misconception that young people are a violent, unruly and lost generation not to be bothered with. We believe that if our society would dare to exercise belief and encouragement towards most young people no matter how far they seem to have strayed they will definitely aspire to do well hence turning quitters in to winners.

TALENT SHOWCASING

Full Of Promise aims to encourage, promote and further develop outstanding talents within the young community by funding talent showcases in the form of competitions or talent searches, offering prize incentives in appreciation of high levels of attainment and effort. Our talent search motto " YOU BRING THE TALENT WE CREATE THE PLATFORM" is a true reflection of what we do. Our dream is to take these talent searches all over the country and into communities by creating much needed positive platforms for young people.

TALENT SHOWCASING

We aim through our talent searches, Workshops & various Mentoring programs, to mentor and coach young people on the importance and benefits of being positive inspirations to other young people as well how to utilise their very precious talents to engage with and benefit their local communities through our "Giving Back Project "
